Karimoku New Standard Kitchen
日本最大級の木製家具メーカーであるカリモク家具が2009年に設立したブランド「KNS（カリモクニュースタンダード）」と、サンワカンパニーとの初のコラボレーション商品。サンワカンパニーが積み重ねてきたコンパクトキッチン製作の経験と、カリモクの木工技術と長年のノウハウが組み合わさり誕生しました。「機能的なキッチンユニットと木製サイドボードのハイブリッド」をコンセプトとしたデザインが、空間に新しい風を吹き込みます。
The first collaboration product between the brand "KNS (Karimoku New Standard)" established in 2009 by Karimoku Furniture, one of Japan's largest wooden furniture manufacturers, and the Sanwa Company. Sanwa Company's accumulated experience in producing compact kitchens, Karimoku's woodworking technology, and many years of know-how have been born. A design based on the concept of "a hybrid of a functional kitchen unit and a wooden sideboard" brings a new breeze to the space.
The cabinet design is inspired by the grid structure found in modernist architecture. Vertical and horizontal lines with a three-dimensional depth remind you of a sideboard placed in the living room and blend in with the interior. Domestic oak wood is also known as "Japanese oak" and is popular overseas. The combination of Japanese oak and sharp stainless steel top plate has been well received at Milan Salone, which was the place where the announcement was made prior to its release. A wall shelf finished with the same Japanese oak enhances the warmth of the wood.
キャビネットは、モダニズム建築に見られるグリッド構造から着想を得たデザイン。3次元的な奥行きのある縦横ラインが、リビングに置くサイドボードを思わせ、インテリアになじみます。国産ナラ材は、またの名を"ジャパニーズオーク"と呼び、海外でも人気があります。ジャパニーズオーク×シャープなステンレス天板のコンビネーションは、発売に先駆けて発表の場となったミラノサローネでも好評。同じジャパニーズオークで仕上げたウォールシェルフがより一層、木の温もり感を高めます。

Beautiful fastening details
The outer frame is beautifully joined to the neat frame by "clamping", which matches at an angle of 45 degrees.
sink
A corner sink with a minimalist look by suppressing the roundness of the corners.
Top board
Make it as thin and modern as possible. In addition to the elegant hairline finish, we also offer a vibration finish that is randomly polished.
cabinet
Designed so that the line next to the grid is a clue. You can put your hand on the recess on the back side and pull it out smoothly.
leg
The designer is particular about using oak wood in every detail. The floating kitchen unit gives a light impression.
Wall shelf
Available in 3 sizes depending on the width of the kitchen unit. A refreshing expression enhances the space.
The top row of the grid is fixed. The second and third tiers are drawers. Quiet rails allow you to gently and firmly pull out the storage items to and from them. Rare-tex, which is a material that is easy to care for, is used inside the drawer.
